Audrey Girard est art-th\u00e9rapeute utilisant \u00e0 la fois les m\u00e9diations arts plastiques, chant, argile et danse.<\/p>

Plasticienne de formation (licence d\u2019arts plastiques, facult\u00e9 de lettres d\u2019Aix-Marseille), Audrey a effectu\u00e9 en parall\u00e8le une sp\u00e9cialisation en psychologie clinique. Elle a enseign\u00e9 les arts appliqu\u00e9s en lyc\u00e9e professionnel.<\/p>

Elle s\u2019est orient\u00e9e ensuite vers l\u2019art-th\u00e9rapie et elle est titulaire d\u2019un Dipl\u00f4me Universitaire\u00a0d\u2019art-th\u00e9rapie (facult\u00e9 de M\u00e9decine et de Pharmacie, Poitiers) certifi\u00e9e AFRATAPEM (Ecole d\u2019art-th\u00e9rapie, Tours).<\/p>

Elle exerce depuis plus de 10 ans en psychiatrie Adulte ce qui lui a permis de d\u00e9velopper diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9diations artistiques et de se former plus sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 la danse-th\u00e9rapie (INFIPP).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Pour retrouver une meilleure estime et confiance en soi, favoriser l\u2019expression des \u00e9motions quand on a des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre en mot, stimuler la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire et \u00e0 agir, se reconnecter au plaisir, prendre conscience de sa singularit\u00e9 et sensibilit\u00e9.
Le groupe permet de recr\u00e9er du lien \u00e0 l\u2019autre, d\u2019\u00eatre dans un \u00e9change et un partage constructif.<\/p>

Pour favoriser la mise en mouvement (envie, initiative, action), d\u00e9velopper l\u2018\u00e9coute du corps comme r\u00e9ceptacle des \u00e9motions, mieux appr\u00e9hender son rythme et ses besoins, pour les personnes ayant des difficult\u00e9s avec leur image corporelle.
Le groupe permet de recr\u00e9er du lien \u00e0 l\u2019autre, d\u2019\u00eatre dans un \u00e9change et un partage constructif.<\/p>
